Eligibility	All students getting admission in the QHEIs (Quality Higher Education Institute) in India for degree/ diploma programmes. Students admitted through management quota (or similar quota) will not be eligible. Department of Higher Education (DHE) will prepare a list of such Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). This list will be updated every year using the latest NIRF ranking.
Courses eligible	All the Graduation/ Post Graduation /degree and diploma courses offered by QHEIs (Quality Higher Education Institute circulated by department of Higher Education on annual basis) are eligible

Security	Co-obligation of parent(s)/guardian as co-borrower(s) along with assignment of future income of the student for payment of installments

Repayment	Maximum up to 15 years exclusive of Moratorium period. Moratorium Period : Course period + 1 year
