    The customer can avail the loan at few clicks & OTP and the amount will be automatically credited to his/her operative account after accepting the terms and conditions by the customer. All the operative accounts (SB/CA) will be linked through backend automatically. Under this digital journey, the entire process of application to disbursement will be done digitally.

    8. Tenure of Loan Tenure of term loan should be less than residual period or on maturity.
    9. General Guidelines Online LABD Account Opening:
    • ELABD/ELARD be given to individuals only.
    • Customer may take multiple loan/overdraft against one deposit or one loan against multiple deposits.
    • Customer may select any deposit account to proceed. However, in case customer want to select multiple deposit accounts from the list of eligible deposit accounts then after the selection of first one, the other deposit accounts shall fulfill the below criteria for selection:
      • Clubbing of FD and RD is not allowed.
      • Maturity Instructions of all selected deposit accounts shall either be auto renew or auto closure but user cannot select FDs having different maturity instructions.
      • Interest Payout of all selected deposit accounts shall either be compounding interest or periodic interest payout (Monthly/Quarterly). Clubbing of compounding FD and periodic interest payout FD is not allowed.
      • The deposit account shall be linked with the same operative account.
      • The deposit accounts shall not be linked with any existing Loan.
    • The Loan Account shall automatically be closed on the maturity date of the Term deposits.
